Born in Switzerland, Gilles Perrin studied French cuisine at
culinary school and started his career as a chef in 1994. He has worked in some of the world’s most famous places including Atlantis the Palm in Dubai and under the 3 Michelin starred Alain Ducasse in Paris and London.
