You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, claims, expenses, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising against us from use or misuse by you of this site.
- Termination
Either of us may terminate this User Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may not transfer any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under this User Agreement without our prior written consent. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
